I have worked in consulting for over 20 years and built Kapital HR and Kapital Advisory nearly 9 years ago, following a professional path in local and international consulting firms.
I studied psychology and trained as an organizational psychologist, but I have always been connected to business — to numbers, to development, and to the decision-making space.
Within Kapital Advisory, I focus on processes of clarification, alignment, and organizational transformation, working directly with leadership and with the real dynamics of the organization. For projects dedicated to the recruitment of key roles, these are developed within Kapital HR.
My philosophy is clarity. Because it does not simplify things — it makes them impossible to ignore.
