Teodor Ghiță

Teodor began his artistic career in 2000 and has built, over more than 25 years, solid experience in acting, improvisation, directing, and working with groups. Alongside his artistic training, he also graduated from the Politehnica University of Bucharest — a combination that gave him both the rigor and structured thinking of a technical background and a deep understanding of human behavior and communication processes.

He has explored diverse performance styles — from classical theatre and Commedia dell’Arte to improvisation, pantomime, and contemporary theatre — developing a deep understanding of how people communicate, influence, and create connection.

Since 2009 he has facilitated workshops and development programs based on acting and improvisation techniques, helping participants build their presence, authenticity, and ability to communicate effectively in professional and personal contexts.
